Airbnb's single 15.5% host fee lands this week — and EEA hosts get four extra weeks nobody is explaining
The split between a 3% host fee and a 14.1–16.5% guest fee is being replaced by one 15.5% deduction from the host. Repricing deadlines are 15 September outside the EEA and 13 October within it, and the gap sits against EU platform-to-business rules that make inadequate notice legally void.
